Super Pixel Brothers create retro, low-resolution animated series and shorts for the web.

With a strong love for retro and comedy, Chris Blundell and Jordan Fuller created the Super Pixel Brothers to create super low resolution, HD, pixelated 3D comedy series and shorts. Realising that we have no clothesmaking skills, we decided to ignore making shorts and concentrate on original comedy series.

The two regular series we produce are:

The Hit Squad follows a washed-up 80′s band trying to win back their past fame and fortune. Roddy Stones and his team have to battle the evil Scourge Studios in order to win back the only thing they have left, their studio. The Hit Squad is what would happen if Spinal Tap and South Park conceived a baby on a Super Nintendo.

Binary Saga follows space marine Max Damage as he tries to work out how he destroyed the earth and why he has no memory of it. Traversing time and space, Max has to piece together his past, face his demons and see if he can save the 15 billion people that he once killed.

The Hit Squad is launching as a feature film co-produced by Motion Picture House and will continue as a web-series through the Super Pixel Brothers website. Binary Saga will be next in line, released online and through digital set-top boxes. Yes, both series are pixellated and yes, we’re very proud of it…
